The secretary needs to know how many Club Members are individual members of the NRA or NSRA. So please let me know as soon as possible as to affiliation if any.
This information will assist when I affiliate to the National Associations and thus will avoid unnecessary overpayment.

When visiting the Club out of normal Club Session hours do not lock the main gate, this is in case emergency services need access. Of course lock the gate if you are last to leave.
Remember to sign in, as must any visitors - even if they are not shooting.
Please be aware of the permitted shooting times and restrictions.
It is important to record your visit and what firearms you have used in the Personal Log (by the phone in the lounge)
The Secretary is being asked for detailed information by the police when a Member’s FAC is being renewed.
So remember to state the calibre and type of firearm you have used.
RCO's are reminded to walk along the firing point during club sessions, especially when Probationary members are shooting.
If any general issues arise please forward details to the secretary, If any issues arise with a probationer please ensure you mark accurately the probationers log sheet and report any issues to the committee. assessment is more than just being able to hit the target.
RCO's need to know that you will receive full support from the committee regarding safety decisions you make when executing your club duties.
During club sessions the Armours will ensure that club firearms, Ammunition, documentation and sales are secure, RCO's are responsible for closing all shutters on A Range, turning off any flood lit areas, bringing in all range flags and securing the site from the club door to the main gate once the armourer and any club members have left. YOU must ensure the alarm is set.

Fees can be payed a number of ways.
By cash or cheque in an envelope with your name on deposited in the grey box by the Range Officer table on A range stating what the payment is for please.
By cheque posted to the Treasurer.

Membership fees, locker hire and any outstanding club fines to be paid by the end of February at the latest.
